Annual IRS Filings:
Based on the financial size of our program ( historically under $50,000 per year) we customarily file the 990-N, a simple postcard. For copies of this or any other information, please contact us directly here.
Annual State Registrations:
Certain states require written disclosures for nonprofit organizations soliciting contributions. Individual state disclosures are below for the states where In the Family Way is registered to help support the mission and launch of Support and Feed Covid-19 Crisis Response.
Maryland: For the cost of copies and postage, from the Office of the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401.
